Okay Shorty, they finally took possession of their new camper/cooker. He still has to move the smoker to the deck and bolt it down, but here's some pictures of it.

So it isn't the fanciest camper, but it is one functional badass rig. Has a generator with a huge fuel tank because they don't do these competitions where there are electrical connections. They have to "dry camp" and dump their holding tanks on the way home.

So they only thing he has to do now is move the cooker and get it inspected for food service certification.

Damn nice set up BC. I was just looking at smokers again last night. Had some shredded bbq'd beef the other day and the only thing missing was the smoke.
